How long does a build take?
It depends entirely on scope, so I won't quote a number until the call. Small automations are fast; full internal systems take longer. What I can promise is a realistic timeline agreed up front — no vague "soon," no missed dates dressed up as surprises.
What happens after I apply?
I read your application personally. If it looks like a fit, I reach out from my own inbox to book the scope call. If it isn't, I'll tell you straight rather than leaving you waiting. No autoresponder sequences.

Claude and Claude Code for the AI layer, plus automation tools like n8n and Make, custom code where it earns its place, and dashboards on top so you can see what's running. The stack is chosen to fit your business — not the other way around.
Do you replace my existing tools?
Often, yes — the whole point is one system instead of five disconnected ones. But I work with what's genuinely worth keeping and connect to it rather than forcing a rebuild. We figure out the line on the call.
